Yesterday whilst on my break at work I happened to step in to boots and a few other shops (oooppsie) and picked up a few new goodies, my excuse for buying the products below is simply because they were all on offer or reduced haha and any excuse is good right?!
I have heard a lot of beauty bloggers talk about the new Maybelline Rocket Volume Mascara , having tried and used their previous mascaras from the volume express collection I decided to buy this one too as I am pretty sure it will not fail to impress me. I bought mine in boots and if you are wanting to try this I suggest you get your booties to Boots soon as it is on offer at the moment.
The next thing I picked up was the Dr.Jark BB cream in premium. I have heard a lot of beauty gurus talk about Dr. Jart but I never really tried any of the products as I am not big on bb creams however yesterday whilst browsing through boots I came across these and saw that all of their products are currently reduced ,which attracted me to have a little look at them, I swatched them all as there is a few to choose from and decided to go for this one. I haven't actually applied it to my face yet but having swatched them they look quiet pigmented and the texture is very smooth. I will be trying this out for the next few weeks so will keep you ladies updated on how I get on with this product.
The next few things I purchased in the Sainsbury's beauty section which I have been really liking lately. They seem to have a lot of offers going on at the moment. They are all from a brand called Dirty Works, which in my opinion is almost like a knock off of Soap and Glory, the products have a very similar scent and package design.
The first thing I picked up was " Bye Bye Dark Circles" , this duo t is formulated to conceal any dark circles it claims to contain aloe vera and vitamin e in order to help moisture and provide antioxidant protection. The are two colors one of them is slightly more peachy and the other almost like a light salmony color which is meant to be great for dark circles.
Second item is a body butter and oh my this smells gorgeous! If you like the sweet soap and glory smell you will love this! It's a great cheaper alternative as well! The soap and glory products can be quiet pricey , where as this cost me £2.49!! Bargain.
Last item I picked up is a " Get set go" mini luxuries set which contains a body lotion, bath soak and body wash which all once again smell just like all the soap and glory products!
So this is my little beauty haul , I am looking forward to trying out all of the products mentioned above and will be posting reviews of them in the near future. I hope you are all having a fab weekend!
