Fitness has been an interest of mine for over two years now, it all started off when I discovered Pop Pilates by Cassey Holmes who got me interested in the world of fitness. With summer just around the corner we are keen to get our bodies ready for summer. I was recently contacted about the LDN Muscle Bikini Body Guide and thought it was a great way to get my bikini bod ready and get myself motivated whilst following a guide to help me achieve the best results possible. I wasn't really sure what to expect when I received this but after I read it I was very pleasantly surprised at how informative yet not overwhelming the guide was.
LDN Muscle is a London Based team which consist of four brothers, who have developed a range of guides in order to help people transform their bodies and achieve the body they always wanted. They have over 20 years of experience in weight training together with a huge community which supports them. The bikini Guide is focused mainly around a food diet plan which the boys believe plays a crucial part in achieving your desired bikini body. What I found very useful in the guide is that every step is described in full detail and provides you with information not only on what to eat but they also talk about supplements which can be beneficial however are not essential and of course the main part training. The training part of the guide is once again described in full detail along with images to help you understand how each exercise should be done , how many reps you need to do etc this will help you achieve the best results as you will be performing all the moves right with this photographed guide.
LDN Muscle training includes. resistance training , Cardio and low intensity training. The mixture of the different exercises will help you achieve your best results quicker and more effectively. Since there is so much advice out there and some pretty controversial articles about what is right and wrong in the fitness world it can be difficult to know what to do, what we need to remember is that we are a all different and what one may need to achieve their desirable results might be completely different to you, this is what makes the bikini guide different it works around you and your body shape and needs in order to make it easier for you to understand what you need to do to get your body in its best shape.
Having a structured plan I found helps you stay on track but also motivates you to keep going. I have been trying to follow the guide as much as possible, of course don't be discouraged if you are unable to follow it exactly or have a day where you can't follow it , just keep going and try your best. I have yet to continue working on my fitness and body to get it summer ready but I am definitely pleased with the results so far and will be continuing working out and sticking to healthy plan as part of my healthy lifestyle and bikini body journey. If you are someone who struggles with what to do fitness wise and needs simple yet effective and informative advice I would recommend this guide for sure.
